SOUL BABY

Weissbier / ABV: 4.0%

Imagine digging into a fruit melange of fresh honeydew melon, pear, and banana, tossed in a light citrus dressing. Soul baby will awaken your senses with aromatic fruity notes on the nose complemented by notes of lemon poppyseed loaf, and a touch of white pepper on the palate that’s rounded out by a slight malty sweetness.

KILO GREEN

IPA / ABV: 6.4%

Pouring a deep gold with orange highlights, Kilo Green expresses brilliant notes of orange juice, tangerine, gooseberry, and dank, resiny hops.

OLD FAMILIAR

English Pale Ale / ABV: 4.3%

Inspired by the beloved Goose Island Chicago classic, Honkers, Old Familiar is a complex concoction of malty, biscuity and toasty notes that come together for a warm, comforting drinking experience.

THROUGH BEING COOL

Helles Lager / ABV: 5.1%

Bring back memories from that time in Munich with this clean, crisp Helles Lager. Through Being Cool is not about trending hops, fruit juice, or the haze craze. It’s about loving lagers and enjoying them anytime, anywhere.

PRETTY PERSUASION

Sour Belgian Ale with Apricot and Vanilla / ABV: 5.6%

Pretty Persuasion is as complex as it is delicate, with a clean, slightly tart finish that begs another sip. This perfect fall beer was inoculated with Brettanomyces and aged on apricot for a ton of stonefruit notes which are accented and rounded out with a touch of Madagascar vanilla beans for a gentle, fragrant finish.

TICKLE FIGHT

Saison with Starfruit, Honey, and Riesling / ABV: 6.0%

A grain bill that features wheat, oats, rye, spelt, and pale malt lends a complexity to this saison that’s compounded by the addition of honey and Riesling juice that altogether forms a backdrop for the starfruit character to shine.

MANDELBAUM

West Coast IPA / ABV: 6.2%

Step aside, string bean! This IPA is not for the weak. Mandelbaum! is a balanced IPA with lovely malt sweetness, big citrus flavor, followed up by a mouthful of piney resinous hop goodness. Hopped with Columbus, Simcoe, Ontario grown Centennial, and Ontario grown Cascade. It’s go time.
